Fastest way: delete it from the app
If you can still sign in, deleting from inside the app is immediate — there is no waiting period and no request to process.

Use this form if you have lost access to the app or would rather not sign in. Because this form cannot verify who you are on its own, we confirm ownership of the address before erasing anything — that check is what stops someone else from deleting your account by typing your email. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials — the address can no longer be used to log in
- Your profile: name, phone number, bio, occupation, gender, date of birth and profile photo
- Every room listing you posted, including all of its photos
- Every finder post you created
- Every enquiry you sent, and every enquiry sent to your listings
- Your saved listings
What we keep, and why
- This deletion request itself — kept as the record that you asked and that we complied.
Your data is removed from the live service straight away. Copies may remain in our database backups until those are rotated, within 30 days — we never restore a deleted account from one.
There is no recovery. Deleting your account does not pause or hide it — the data is gone. If you come back later you will be starting from an empty account.
