Common questions
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, type your email address, then tap Forgot password?. We email you a link to set a new one. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I get a room owner's phone number or email?
Send them an enquiry from the listing. Contact details stay hidden on both sides until the owner accepts your enquiry — at that moment each of you can see the other's details. If the enquiry is declined, neither side sees anything.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Open Profile → My listings, pick the listing, and use the edit or delete button at the top. Finder posts work the same way under Profile → My finder posts.
Which cities does MyFlat Homes cover?
652 cities across every state and union territory in India. Matching is city to city — pick the city you want to live in and you see the rooms and people there.
I want to report a listing or a person
Email support@zygonich.com with the listing title and city, or the person's display name, and tell us what happened. Screenshots help. We review every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account → confirm. It is immediate and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, use the account deletion form instead.
What do you do with my data?
Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what we collect, who can see it and how long we keep it. We do not sell your data and do not run advertising.
